Create an e-Mail account

Step 1. Go to and log in to your account via “Control Panel Login”.

Step 2. Once logged in, click on “Email Control”

Note: You will need to have your domain added on to our servers first, before you can proceed.

Step 3. Choose the domain you wish to set up the email account for, and click “Mailboxes”

… and then “Add Mailbox”

Step 4. Insert preferred e-mail address and also password. Set quota to desired amount.

Congratulations! You now have a brand new e-mail address!

Setting up on an e-Mail client

The details you need to set up your email account on outlook/mobile devices can be found by clicking on to the “details” of the required email address.


Make sure you copy the details over correctly, in the correct places.
